1. The [hearDELIGHT] app (hereinafter referred to as the "App") operates entirely on-device, meaning that it processes your conversations locally on your smartphone and delivers the processed audio to you through your earbuds or headphones without communicating with any external servers or parties.

Accordingly, your conversation content is never transmitted externally to [hearDL LLC] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") or through any other external communication channels.

Unless otherwise specified, all references to the App in this document apply to both the free and premium versions.

2. The information generated and stored locally on your smartphone by the App includes the following, and none of this information is transmitted externally to the Company or to any other system:

(1) Your measured or manually entered audiogram data for the left and right ears

(2) The standard audiogram selected for your left and right ears

(3) Caption text size and color settings

(4) Equalizer settings, personal keywords, gain formula, and saved captions (for the premium version)

3. Any personal information that you provide to us for one-on-one consultations or inquiries will be used solely for consultation purposes and to help improve the App.

Such information will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

4. All financial transactions related to premium app subscriptions, including credit card and other payment processing, are handled exclusively by Google Commerce Center.

The Company does not collect, store, or process any payment or credit card information.
